1) right paratracheal lymph nodes
2) soft tissue opacity in paratracheal
3) prominentbronchovascularmarkings in both lungs
Possibility of lymphnode tuberculosis is high. But correlation with symptoms is needed.

Prominentvascularmarkings can be very normal on x-ray. But they can also point to an infection or pulmonary hypertension. It all depends on WHY the x-ray was done and the circumstances under which it was ordered (what symptoms have you been suffering from)
