ISOLATED PCS dilatation is less significant.
her amniotic fluid level is average.
she can take l.arginine sachet daily and infusion of astymin will improve the liquor level.
she need weekly or biweekly scan to test the foetal well being.
Mild prominence of PCS on left side, ureter is not dialated means. Can you please explain it what it means.
It means that the cause of obstruction is at the junction of renal pelvis and the ureter. This is preventing urine flow into the ureter, so it is not dilated, and due to obstruction in the flow, due to back pressure, the renal pelvis is getting dilated.
So, now that obstruction has to be identified and resolved.

There are chances that there could be a mild infection. Another possibility is trauma if you had vigorous sex recently. Please get it checked by a doctor.
