HAI WELCOME TO HCM ISOLATED PCS dilatation is less significant. her amniotic fluid level is average. she can take l.arginine sachet daily and infusion of astymin will improve the liquor level. she need weekly or biweekly scan to test the foetal well being.

Hello, did she have symptoms? If she had flank pain then this could be a sign of obstruction (stone? tumor? blood clot?). The clinical context is very important to evaluate radiological findings.
