Freefluid in pod with endometrial thickness of 15 mm, i din get my periods yet, been 40 days. I am single.
It denotes a hyperoestrogenic state. Go on progesterone pills for a week to have withdrawal bleeding. Get well soon.

The pouch of Douglas is an anatomical area behind the uterus which usually does not contain any fluid in normal circumstances. In many women little fluid can be seen during the time of ovulation (14 days before onset of periods) and this can be considered normal.
