Congestive heart failure or CHF is a condition in which heart fails to pump blood to target organs of body. Hypertension is one of cause. Edema of feet, lungs is seen. Liver enlargement, breathlessness, palpitations etc are common feature. Treatment is done with digoxin, ACE inhibitors, diuretics, beta blockers. Consultation of a cardiologist is needed for treatment. Thanks
