Hello!
I've been experiencing mild indigestion - no pain, no acid, just a general feeling of fullness or an air bubble in my chest for about a month whenever I eat. This feeling seems to have become more prevalent and seems to with me all the time now. I've experienced some occasional cramping over the past few days. Last night and today I have a mild pain on the left anterior side of my torso that comes and goes; and a mild nausea that just occurred but went away after eating a pear.
I'm generally healthy, but over the past 10 years or so, my system is less tolerant of rich foods and dairy (no pain or discomfort, just gas). I stopped drinking coffee (1 cup/black/very strong/day) about 5 years ago because my stomach seemed to be getting upset. This action remedied the problem. I've had a few lattes recently maybe 4 in the past month. I enjoy cocktails and wine, but have cut down on both since I started having this problem. Do you have any ideas as to what the problem can be? Or are my symptoms just too vague right now? Thank you!
