Positive Pregnancy Test. Medication To Terminate Pregnancy?

hi doc What medicines should I take to terminate pregnancy ?

we had unsafe sex this oct 16th n my periods cycle was 24th oct which didnt happen till today nov 1st so did that hcg pregnancy test which showed positive so now pls dvice wat tablets be needed to terminate this as we are newly married n planned not to have baby for 2 years

Firstly, consult a gynecologist.
Do not take any medications on your own.
You run risks such as severe bleeding, incomplete abortion, undiagnosed ectopic pregnancy, infection, failed medical abortion and need for surgical evacuation.
First visit a gynecologist, have the pregnancy confirmed and dated.
then take the medications as per proper prescriptions in correct dosage.
lastly, a follow up visit is a must to confirm the completion of abortion.
Do not self medicate and put yourself at risk.
initiate use of proper contraception once this pregnancy is terminated.
