On June 11th I suffered a head injury that resulted in a mild brain injury. I was wondering how bad it is for me to smoke marijuana. I know it is bad to drink alcohol, but I haven t been able to find any information about how marijuana can affect the healing process.

Well I do not think it will affect the results given that CT scan can only determine brain structure abnormality and can not detect impulse or chemical changes in the brain. How ever it is usually best to avoid taking any extra substance including food while going in for any laboratory tests.
