Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Due to individual variation, some people may not absorb some specific things like B complex, iron etc.
In such cases, natural supplements may be tried, to have the natural iron absorbed. There will be some natural iron suppliment syrups by aurvedic companies. These are the things to be tried to have the hemoglobin raised.
If this fails you may consult a hematologist for treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
