Foot Itchiness, Athlete's Foot Between Toes, Lump On Big Toe, Swelling. Cure?

My foot started itching. It looked and felt like athlete s foot (between toes). It flares up an night and itches severly. I used athlete s foot remedies and they helped with the itch. Now there is a big lump on the top side of my big toe, above the nail, and it is beginning to swell on the top of my foot above the toe. Help!

Hi. Athletes foot is a fungal infection which occurs in moist areas. So you need to keep your feet dry, especially after taking a bath and after standing in water. The big lump could be anything including an infected abscess, which i can consider based on the history. An examination of the lump should be the answer to your question. So please visit a physician. Thank you.
