Noticed A Hard Solid Lump Inside The Right Labia Majora

Hi I am a 42 years old female. I found a very hard solid lump inside my right labia majora. It is painless, flesh colored and it does not itch. It is not located on the surface of the skin. It feels exactly like a lump I would look for while doing a self breast exam. I am concern because I have an elevated testosterone level and am afraid of androgen related cancers.
