Do apply warm compresses, the pain could be due to spasm in the muscle. Warmth releases the spasm and provide you relief.

This is nothing but contraction of calf muscle due to involuntary movement ( exertion), once contraction ends relief was there, so need not to worry , no test require at all . Enjoy life as usual and forget .

I have 2 lumps in me lower leg left after bruises.. One is near my shin the other near my calf.. Had them for a few months they are tender and get itchy??
