Having Lump On Sternum. Having Pain And Lump Increasing In Size. What Can Be Done?

I have a lump that is growing on my sternum that is increasing in size and seems to be moving up the edge of my left rib cage. I have rather intense pain through to my back that seems to pin point just below my left shoulder blade between my shoulder blade and spine. I also hurt in my femur just about three inches above my knee. Any thoughts? Thank you for your time and help.
