There are many causes for Lowerleftabdominalpain. Few are Intestinal obstruction, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, fecal impactation, .
All these are difficult to identify by ultrasound abdomen, Ectopic pregnancy.
Even small kidney stones, while moving from kidney to ureter may cause abdominalpain.
