There are many causes for Lower left abdominal pain. Few are Intestinal obstruction, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, fecal impactation, .
All these are difficult to identify by ultrasound abdomen, Ectopic pregnancy.
Even small kidney stones, while moving from kidney to ureter may cause abdominal pain.

Hello! Abdominal pain is very nonspecific symptom. Most probable reasons of lower left abdominal pain are diverticulitis (associated with constipation), urinary tract infection (frequent urinating, burning while urinating), ovarian cyst, ovarian inflammation. Further diagnostics is necessary. Regards.

Numerous negative pregnancy tests means you are not pregnant. It could be due to an infection, hormonal imbalance, or no real cause. The next best thing is to get evaluated to make sure there is nothing abnormal going on. After a comprehensive clinical exam and maybe a pelvic ultrasound, answers shall be obtained.
