Hi. If no other associated symptoms , you can go for local heat treatment and physiotherapy, adequate bed rest, clear bowel movements, and medicines which help to alleviate pain and reduce inflammation.
What causes lowerbackpain
THanks for posting.
The causes of backpain are multiple and varied. Some are:poor sitting posture , back muscle strain, excess weight, disc herniation, infection, fractured vertebrae, , menstrual cramps, uterine myomas etc. They are multiple and varied. Please seek consultation if it is worrisome to get an appropriate diagnosis and management plan.
Hope this helps. Wish you well.

Heat or ice for lowerbackpain
Hot fomentation is preferred over ice.
Heat causes vasodilatation and increases the blood flow to the area and helps in the reduction of pain.
