hi dear the cause are- 1.Bad posture while sitting,standing or in lie down position.sitting for long duration. 2.lack of excercises for back 3. lack of calcium and vitamin D in your diet. so,correct all the above you will never have a serious back problem.regarding posture remember a soldier that is the way he sits and walk. take care

THanks for posting. The causes of back pain are multiple and varied. Some are:poor sitting posture , back muscle strain, excess weight, disc herniation, infection, fractured vertebrae, , menstrual cramps, uterine myomas etc. They are multiple and varied.
