Migraine, Diarrhea, Nausea, Sodium And Potassium Levels Normal, AST Low. Worried

I have been tired nauseated and I have been experiencing diarrhea lightheadedness as well as migraines. My mother has Addison's but the comprehensive, cbc and thyroid add-ons don't show signs of that. My sodium and potassium levels are normal. However, my AST (SGOT) was low (12IU/L) my EO% was high (6.5%) and my BA% was high (1.2%)
