What do I need to drink to keep from dehydrating due to diarrhea. Also I have a very bad headache and nausea with a low grade feever.
You can take ORS,coconut water,Gatorade.plain water etc for rehydrating yourself.
For headache and fever,you can take Tylenol.
For nausea you may take PANTOPROZOLE 40 mg onc a day for few days.
You should be all right in 3-4 days.
