Chest Pain With A Low Grade Fever

I m 23, female. I woke up this morning with a chest pain below my left breast. I went to move to get up and leaned on my arm; pain jolted from the left collarbone right in the middle. The pain s become worse and has spread to my left shoulder . It hurts to move that area whatsoever. I also have a low grade fever , vomited, and it hurts to breathe in. I have also been fatigued all day.

Hi,
Thanks for query,
It seems that you are having body pain due to fever, may be viral.
Have you lifted heavy weight or any strain on left shoulder ? this after few hours can produce these symptoms.
Go for ECG to rule out cardiac cause,
Mean while take some analgesic tablet.
ok and bye.
