Hi doctor .. I am gayathri 22yrs old. Working as an IT professional for a year. I have lower back pain in sacrum part. Doctors said its due to prolonged sittin
Hi The backpain is due to sitting in the same posture for a long duration. Do not worry! It is a simple problem, with some exercises and medications the pain can be relieved. Make it a habit to relax for 5 minutes ever hour, so that there is adequate blood circulation to all parts of the body and while sitting ensure you sit straight without bending forward. Regards
