I have a kidney stone in my left kidney and now I have significant pain in my left back right beneath my lower rib cage. Is this kidney pain.
Kidney is located in the back. So,back pain below the lower rib cage is due to kidney stone.
The size of the stone is also important.
Consult a urologist and proceed accordingly.
If the stone is large, you need dissolution by shock waves(ESWL) or surgery.Small stones will be dissolved by medicines and are passed in urine.
Please do not neglect.
Wish you good health
