Teenager. Little Brownish Red Spots And Rashes On Neck. No Itching. Suggest

I'm a 17 year old girl, and today I discovered this rash type of looking thing on the further back side of my neck. There are little spots too, they aren't from acne. These spots are somewhat brownish and I think a little red. Can you please tell me what this is and how I can treat it. My neck doesn't itch or anything. I'm scared because I don't know what it is. Please help.

Hi and thanks for the query,
It might be difficult to make an appropriate diagnosis of these rashes without seeing them. It is however important to note if this is the first time you are seeing them and how the rashes are spreading. Absence of fever or itches is already of great importance. Some fungal and chronic allergic conditions could present themselves as such. but I still suggest a proper clinical review by your doctor first. Kind regards
