Its does not seem like a brain tumor in any sense, just relax. It may be an infection, of stomach or sinuses. I need you to stay calm and have your self check by near by physician.

Thanks for your query. You are apparently suffering from increased acid formation in the stomach. It could be drug-induced, you have been taking pain-killers for frequent headaches.
A course of anti-acid drugs such as Pantoprazole or Omeprazole, along with anti-nausea/vomiting drug, such as, Ondansetron or Metoclopramide, will give you relief. Stop pain-killers.
