Feeling Nauseous, Dizzy, Light-headed for 4 years
For a little over 4 years now I feel sick to the point of vomiting at least 4-5 days a week. I get very lightheaded and it sometimes gets to the point where it feels like the room is spinning. I have been to the Dr. more times than I could even begin

My blood preassure is normal 120/70 but still get this lightheadedness and sometimes dizzy and sometimes accompanied by pain in the back of the head...this pains usually comes before, during or after my period. Im 41yrs old and started feeling this since last year
Your Blood pressure reading is normal. The light headedness and the dizziness you have during periods can be due to circulatory changes that occur due to hormones. Hormonal imbalance can increase the frequency and intensity of such symptoms

The symptoms you have are seen in pregnancy. The best way to ascertain it is by a home pregnancy test done.
I am having from time to time having a little light headed, going dizzy a little bit but many times during the day.

Please get your haemoglobin checked up, as low haemoglobin (anaemia) may cause these symptoms.
In addition, please have an ENT and neuro evaluation.
