Hi,

I can understand your concern for the a brown and light pink discharge.

It can be sign of any infection near the perineal area on inside urinary tract or vagina and cervix. Even many a times it is seen that due to injury by the finger nails you can have bleeding which is quite minimal but creates anxiousness.

Till that time avoid sexual intercourse or any manipulation to prevent further secondary infection. I suggest you to meet a gynecologist and check out for the exact nature of bleeding and rule out any infection in the local area.

Take care.
