Suggest Treatment For High Fever With Leg Pain And Cold Hands

Hi! My 3 1/2 ye old son has high fever from 102-103 F with severe leg pain at onset. Fr
Feet, head, and hands are cold at beginning but at onset it begins at legs and tummy. No runny nose or any cold or flu symptom. My niece & brother had it... They jus came back fro
India from trip. My niece 3yr old lasted 3 days.

If this leg pain is localized to a particular part of this leg, I will suggest that you use tylenol to control his fever and pains. However, if it is a localized pain, it may signal an infection that requires specific management and this would neccesitate that you get your son consulted by a pediatrician.
