Females usually put on weight after pregnancies. Till then you may enjoy the slim figure. Also check your weight and get blood tests for deficiencies. If low then add calories to diet. High calorie foods are cheese, butter, ice cream, milk.

Leg scars cause no harm unless for esthetic purposes. The best thing to do is to feel comfortable even with the scar. If you really want to germ rid of it, then an exam followed by maybe medical or surgical treatment may be the next option to consider depending on its size and nature.

Seems to be an acute condition down their on your leg.
It could be Infective pathology or an Inflammatory disease like Panniculitis(Erythema nodosum).
