My whole body twitches and my left arm numb
Hi im 22 male and when i try to sleep my heart starts to flutter and slow down and feels like its not there than my left arm goes numb and my whole body twitchs causing me to take a deep breath to just be able to feel my heart beat what does this mean?

Are you under any medication currently?
The the swollen tongue may be caused due to-papillary hyperplasia,depapillation of tongue,antibiotic sensitivity,allergic foods,traumatic injury.
I would advice you to get a thorough clinical evaluation by an oral pathologist.
Meanwhile,maintain oral hygiene well.
Avoid spicy ,allergic foods.
Take vitamin becosules.

Pain in the chest can occur due to number of reasons.
Trauma, pneumothorax (air in pleural cavity), hemothorax (fluid in chest), muscular pain, fracture are few causes of pain in the chest.
