Suffering From Shoulder Pain?

I'm 16 and have been running for a while now. Just yesterday after track practice i began feeling pain below my left shoulder blade. It hurts when running, as i have to move my arm back and forth in the running motion. It also hurts when i take a deep breath. Twisting my abdomen causes pain as well as moving the arm. Does anyone know what is wrong?

it probably seems to be inflammed lats, of course due to un accustomed use. just give rest to it by avoiding strenuous activities. u might use ice pack application for local relief and some pain killers(NSAIDS with serratiopeptidase) for 4-5 days. tht should give u relief.

Looks like a bad muscle pull. Avoid running fr a while and give the muscle time to heal. It has happened to me couple of times. Not really left shoulder but other places. should be ok within a week's time.
