What Is The Treatment For Missed Period, Cramps, And Rib Pain?

My period is always on the 26th day of my cycle lasts 5 days starts light then gets heavy after 2hours. Last period was Dec 30 and the 1st day I had light pink discharge with some brown and little red. The next 4 days were l ilke my normal period then 3 days continuin after my period I had light pink ororangutans spotting. I had sex the 11th an 13th of dec. This months period was 4 days late, it came on the 4th night with light pink spotting. The next 2 days yesterdayand today it has been very watered down reddish pinkish and it has brown as well. It has gotten heavier today. Ive been having extremely dor breast a week before my period up until yesterday. I have been very dizzy lately falling down sometimes and very nauseous. I took a dollar store test the 4th morning I missed my period an it was negative. I have been getting the worst cramps I ve ever had but it feels more like twistinf an tightening. Also been getting shooting back an rib pain. Could I be pregnant?

Thanks for the query.
Some amount of fluctuations are common in menstrual cycles and menstrual flow.
Just before and during periods some amount of breast tenderness and pain abdomen etc can be seen.
But as you are having continous pain, dizziness etc, better to get evaluated.
And sometimes urine pregnancy test kit may not detect early pregnancy.
Once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for investigations like ultrasound, hemoglobin levels and blood sugar levels etc.
With this workup the possible causes for your problem can be identified and treated.
Especially ultrasound is important to rule out rare but serious cause like ectopic pregnancy.
If there is no evidence of pregnancy, supportive treatment may sufficient.
