Its ok to have yellow coloured stools.
You should try for exclusive breast feeding during first six months. Use lactogen only under exceptional circumstances.

Exclusive breastfeeding is best for baby.
But if the milk is not sufficient as evidenced by decreased urine output, hunger, and less weight gain, you cam give formula milk with doctor advice.
