You are having hepatitis A, a common infective condition.
As per your liver function tests, enzyme levels have improved and this is a sign of recovery from disease. The increased bilirubin needs to be discussed with your doctor. Please follow dietary restrictions for some time.

I had been confirmed hepatitis b patient. Which I did test and this is it AST 10.00, ALT 8.00, ALK. PHOSHATASE 100. Is this a chronic one. Am just scared.

Hepatitis B is a chronic infection.
Most of the Hepatitis B patients after the acute phase has passed develop chronic complications like cirrhosis of liver or malignancy of liver after 20-25 years.
You have to get tested for HbsAg to know about persistance of infection

This suggests an old infection.
