Effect Of Fenugreek, L- Arginine And L-Ornithine
I have started taking fenugreek pills (2000mg) daily for breast enlargement. How many days will it take for the effects to be seen and does it really work ??? I have also started taking L- Arginine and L-Ornithine daily for height growth. How many days will it take for the effects to be seen and will that work ???

Fenugreek contains something called as Disogenin which they claim is the compound which will help in breast enlargement, however humans do not have the ezymes to break this done to progesterone which actually helps in breast enlargement. No scientific studies have proved its worth in breast enlargement as well
No adverse effects were seen with Fenugreek 3000mg a day.
My suggestion is, its worth the try but dont count on it.
