Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

My thoughts for you:

- If you are taking low dose of cannabis under physician supervision, and experiencing improvement in pain then continue it.

- If you are self medicating yourself with cannabis then stop it.

- Apart from cannabis now a days other medicines are also for diabetic neuropathic pain, So you can try these one after physician advise.

hi,
Use of cannabis for the treatement of pain due to dibetic neuropathy is not advocated, as cannabis indica increse the blood glucose. secondly better control of blood glucose may reduce progress of neuropathy, use of multi vitamin treatment may be usefull in neuropathy, and use pregabalin/ gabapentine. consult diabetalogist for treatment.
