What do i do about a knot on spine after injury to 4 year old
If the knot is not doing any harm, that means your body has compromised with it. Better to leave it like that . If it is giving you trouble, it has to be treated. I suggest Homoeopathy for permanent cure. Send the details to me and forward all investigations and photographs, I can help with safe and simple Homoeopathic remedy

I have these knots that are in my legs more than anywhere else they feel like little balls that roll around..my mom says they are muscle spasms..tension knots..
These 'knots' that you mention could be lipomas, if they are 'move' inside but to an extent. Lipomas are fatty tissue that can develop spontaneously or after trauma.
Usually they are harmless and do not need to be excised or removed but left alone.
If the overlying skin is normal, leave it alone. But if they are painful, it might be because there is a nerve underlying, see a doctor.
