Hey does dark loose stool have anything to do with existing uti and how bad does damage to bladder/kidneys have to be to cause pain to kidneys and dark stools
Dark loose stool & existing uti appears unrelated.Cystitis(bladder infection) will give pain/discomfort above pubic bone/hypogastrium. Flank pain in kidney areas is more in favor of kidney involvement. Pending investigation results, the treatment suggested is the best possible course of action.

I have been having kidney pain and for the last two days I have had blood in my stool
The kidney pain might be related to kidney stones or infection.
There are many possible causes of blood in stool including hemorrhoids, diverticulitis, polyps in colon etc.
You should consult a physician as soon as possible and get examined.
Urinalysis, kidney ultrasound, digital rectal examination , colonoscopy if needed.
