Hello,
Welcome to HCM
Your symptoms are suggestive of premenstrual syndrome.
It is a group of symptoms linked to the menstrual cycle. It usually occurs 1 to 2 weeks before your period.
Altered hormonal levels causes this syndrome.
It is characterised by physical and emotional symptoms like feeling of tiredness, trouble sleeping, stomach upset, headache, backache, appetite changes ,joint or muscle pain, tension, irritability, mood swings, and crying spells.
So,i would suggest you to adapt these measures.
1.Lifestyle changes
Exercise regularly
Avoid salt, sugary foods, caffeine, and alcohol, especially when you’re having these symptoms.
Get enough sleep.
2.Medications:Ibuprofen
