Echocardiogram,treadmill test,Graded exercise test or stress ECG,NUCLEAR TESTS are the usually performed tests to monitor cardiac rhythm.
Nuclear tests are usually done to detect which part of heart functions normally and which are not,area of heart with decreased blood supply etc.

Soccer game requires stamina and due to shortness of breath you fainted .
In my opinion try to increase stamina by regular jogging and exercise strenuous .
