Suggest Remedy For Runny Nose And Itchy Puffy Red Eyes

i had been sneezing and had runny nose for past 3 days. Now i have blood red eyes which ar puffy and itching. Ifeel like rubbing them. Also the eyes are watery -almost like tears - and my visionalso is blurry. What iswrong with me n what medicines do i take.

The acute (short term onset) of your symptoms imply that they may due to allergy or infection but infection is not normally associated with the itchy sensation that you are experiencing.

This means that allergies is more likely the cause.

This can be treated with use of oral anti histamines. In addition the use of topical steroid nasal sprays would help to relieve the nasal symptoms.

If the blurred vision worsens or does not improve , then you should consider visiting your doctor for an assessment.
