General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the eczema and developed to the cellulitis.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, and permithrine lotion , and ketokonazole soap.
Give her more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
