Hello dear...
The symptoms suggest that you might be having Allergic rhinitis.
Management include:
1. Antihistamine preparations like Fexofenadine to provide symptomatic relief.
2. Antitussive preparations to take care of the cough.
3. Gargle with warm salt water to relieve throat pain.
Montelukast preparations may be used as a maintenance therapy to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies.
If symptoms still persist...it will be better to consult an ENT specialist.
Also make sure that you are well protected from cold, dust & other allergens.
Wishing you a good health.
Thanks & take care.
