Itchy, Red Bumps On Neck, Scalp, Chest, Back, Spreading. What Could Be This?

I am currently dealing with small severely itchy, red bumps on my neck, scalp, chest, back and they had also been on legs and one arm. The itching on the arm and legs has gone away but I am going crazy with the itching on the back of the neck and scalp. It has definitely been spreading because it is now coming around the neck to the front and to my shoulders. I am 43, in good condition, no new medical issues, continuing issues: kidney disease, crohn's, arthritis (osteo & ra). I spend a lot of time in Honduras and had dengue back in November. Nothing is swollen, just acne like bumps that itch and the ones on the chest sting.
