You have undergone rt total knee replacement surgery 10 days ago. Having swelling in botj ankels now. That means you are not doing physiothearpy actively if ypu do qudreceps strengthenibg exercises your knee strengthens. Kindly walk as much as possible to you to teduce ankle sweling. This is purely because you are not walking and not because of surgery problem. So walk
