Can A Medial Malleolus Of Right Ankle With Swelling, Burning Sensation Be A Fracture ?

I took a line drive to the medial malleolus of my right ankle. It is somewhat swollen, I can walk, but carefully only and if I twist it there is a sharp burning sensation at the site of the injury. It is also painful to touch and the bruising started pretty immediately. Should I be concerned about a fracture even though I can walk decently?

Yes you could have a stable undisplaced fracture and because of this you should have an Xray of you ankle joint.
