Thanks for your query. Levels of all components of Lipids are high. Get his Thyroid check done. He needs to take Statin group of drugs to bring down cholesterol levels. Low fat diet, regular exercises + Statins will lower cholesterols.

What's a good breakfast for a person who has high cholesterol ?
A low fat diet with no cholesterol and preferably trans-fats--a breakfast with an oatmeal, low fat milk and some fruit would be ideal. Alternatively, brown bread, soya milk and some dry fruits would also do. Apricots are a good dry fruit choice as there is very little fat. The essential aim should be to improve the goodcholesterol.
