Sir, My baby is 2 years and 07 months old. Can I give her saffron milk now? Is it good for my baby. I couldn t have saffron milk during the pregnancy. If it is good, how many saffron flakes to be taken with milk. I give her milk with Horlics junior. Pls advice me. Thank you.

There is no any scientific study for saffron effect on baby. One of study indicate doubt about its safety in pregnancy.
