Following drugs are useful: Cetrizine, Ketotifen, Propranolol or Danazol.
You should avoid the precipitating factors like exercise and any activity that causes sweating, such as elevated environmental temperature, hot food, sauna baths, immersion in hot water, emotional stress, etc.
