Hello
It seems from the history that you are having acute infective conjunctivitis. It is common for it to involve both the eyes because of spread of infection.
The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops and oral antiinflammatory drugs.
The involvement of ear indicates spread of infection to involve the respiratory tract and this requires treatment by use of oral antibiotics and decongestant drugs.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
