Abdominal Pain, Gas, Fatigue, Lower Back Pain, Hard Stomach, Sore Due To Exercise. Pregnant?

Okay , Ive recently was on my menstrual cycle and I am experiencing unexplained symptoms the day after I came off my period. Symptoms such as low abdominal pain, gas, fatigue, lower back pain, and my stomach feels hard. Ive excecised extreme the day before my period was due , if that has anything to do with it. My body is very sore due to the excercising. I also had sex while ovulating. My partner and I had used a condom the first time, but the last two times was unprotected but he didnt ejaculateCould I possibly be pregnant? Or is it something else?

Hi,
As you got period, there is least risk of havingpregnancy.
The problem you are facing might be due to period symptoms.
As you had vigorous exercise, it precipitated your symptoms.
Nothing to worry, take complete rest.
Take some antispasmodic like Dicyclomine with paracetamol combination tablet as and when required.
Ok and take care.

Hi..
Thanks for the query..
If you are having the symptoms just after your completion of your period which is like your normal cycle, it is least likely to be pregnancy though you have had intercourse when you were ovulating..
For confirmation you can do a home pregnancy test which most probably will be negative..
The symptoms could be due to general strain..
Take care...

Hi ! Good evening.
Having lower back pain, a sore body and feeling fatigued could be due to the extreme exercise you have done. But it could be due to the period itself, during which some women do feel fatigued and body aches.
So far as pregnancy is concerned, I would suggest you to go for a urine pregnancy test, and if it is negative, and if you suspect pregnancy, then I would also advise you for a serum HCG estimation along with an ultrasound pelvis either to confirm or exclude a pregnancy. Using contraceptive devices, and not ejaculating does not confer 100% protection against pregnancy. Hope this answers your query. Wishing you good luck and thanking you for using health care magic for your health query.
