Persistent Cough, Fluttering Sensation In Right Lung, Noise At The Bottom Of Lung. Causes?

Hi I have been feeling quite unwell for about ten weeks. I have been suffering from a persistant cough and in recent weeks havd had a butterfly sensation in my right lung . I have been attending my gp and he said there is a noise at bottom right hand lung. What would your professional opinion be doctor. Thanking you very much

Have you breathing discomfort with persistent cough ?? if, yes than go for chest X ray and pulmonary function test. if you smoker than quit it right now.
