Sure. Take your pulse at your wrist and see if it is also irregular, that should tell you. The other thing that can happen is that your neck muscles can twitch on their own under certain circumstances, but you should be able to put your hand on the muscle and feel it twitch if this is the case, or even see it in the mirror.
